With the development of modern technology, Internet has become the major organ of our life. With the increase in Internet facility, wireless technology has also flourished. But there are many vulnerabilities. So, better be prepared to secure your wireless than being hacked. So here are 10 ways for Wireless security.

Then you will find the Ip address and then type http://Ipaddress in the web browser for example http://192.168.1.1. Then the router page opens and type the username and password. Inside Administrator change the username and password. If you don't change your username and password then your username and password might be cracked through the sites like routerpasswords.com, cirt.net.
2. Turn on the Computer Firewall -> Go to control panel and goto Security System and turn on the Firewall. This prevents unauthorized access to any of your system.
3. Turn on WEP/WPA encryption key -> The is encryption for wireless network of every router. They are of two types WEP (Wireless encryption protocol) and WPA (Wireless Protected Access). WPA is the best choice for you to do because WEP can be cracked easily by hackers. While keeping Security key keep it using alphanumeric. Like @wireless90
4. Make use of Physical Address -> Every computer has a different Physical Address. This can be know by typing ipconfig/all just like in step 1. Keep that address in Router's MAC Address Filtering. After that, which computer's physical address is kept there will only get to use the internet.
5. Hide the Network name -> We can secure internet service by hiding the Network name (SSID) that you are using. By going to Wireless tab, uncheck the SSID.
then,
6. Uncheck the Dynamic IP address (DHCP) -> By going to router network setup turn off the DHCP server. After disabling DHCP even you must know your computer's correct IP address and router gateway number, to use internet.
7. Be careful while entering in Open Wireless -> In hotel, shopping mall, restaurant, cyber cafe, etc if you are using the unsecured and open wireless your private information may be hacked. If you are using those services and using internet then the various passwords that you have typed can be known by them.
